Efficient LED Retrofit with LINEO Modules

The LED T5/T8 retrofit module LINEO from Brumberg offers a modern and sustainable solution for upgrading grid luminaires. With a length of 144.9 cm, it easily replaces conventional fluorescent tubes of sizes 60 cm T5 24W and T8 18W without the need to modify the existing luminaire. The module impresses with a high luminous efficacy of up to 155 lumens per watt and a luminous flux of up to 4188 lumens at 4000 Kelvin, ensuring bright and even illumination.

Flexible Light Color and Easy Installation

The LINEO module allows stepless adjustment of the color temperature between warm white (3000K) and neutral white (4000K) via an external light color switch on the control gear, which is not included in the delivery. Installation is particularly time-saving thanks to the integrated plug & play socket and the possibility to connect multiple modules to a single supply line. Optional magnetic mounts are available for even faster attachment, alternatively, the module can also be screwed in place.

Durability and Energy Savings

With an average lifespan of 50,000 hours (L80/B10 at 25°C), the LINEO module guarantees maintenance-free and long-lasting lighting. Energy consumption is only 27 watts, which represents a significant reduction in power demand compared to conventional fluorescent tubes. Additionally, the module is eligible for BEG funding, which can provide further financial benefits during retrofitting.

Technical Details for Optimal Performance

The LED module is made of robust aluminum and plastic and features protection class 3 as well as IP20 protection rating. It operates with a supply voltage of 15 to 54 volts DC and uses a constant current of 700 mA. The light distribution occurs with a wide beam angle of 130°, resulting in homogeneous area lighting. The color rendering index is over 80 Ra, ensuring natural and pleasant light quality.

Innovative Features for Smart Lighting

The LINEO LED module is compatible with DALI-2 controllable control gear, enabling individual dimming and control. The color consistency is very high with only 3 SDCM, allowing multiple modules of the same series to produce a uniform light image. The integrated through-wiring significantly simplifies the installation of multiple modules, while the low-voltage operation ensures maximum safety. This smart luminaire is thus a future-proof choice for technical lighting solutions.
