The NV surface-mount track TRACK48 is a versatile low-voltage track system that impresses especially with its flexible and easy handling. With a length of 200 cm and a height of 5 cm, the track offers ample space for individual outfitting with luminaires, acoustic elements, and other accessories. The white, matte surface made of aluminum and plastic provides a modern and unobtrusive design that harmoniously integrates into various environments. The product is robust, durable, and weighs only 1.6 kg, making installation particularly easy.

Simple and Secure Installation Thanks to Magnetic Mounting

The TRACK48 surface-mount track is specially designed for surface installation and enables tool-free, magnetic attachment of compatible luminaires. The supplied end caps as well as the protective blind cover ensure a clean and secure installation. The track features 4-pole wiring and a maximum current load of 6 amperes, allowing the connection of switchable and DALI-controllable components. It supports DALI dimming according to the standards DALI, DALI-2, DT8, and DT6 for flexible light control.

Technical Details and Practical Features

The operating voltage of the track is 48 volts direct current (SELV), ensuring safe use. The maximum feed length is 20 meters, and the maximum load of connected lighting devices is 288 watts. For operating DALI-capable components, a corresponding DALI driver is required, which is not included in the delivery. Various covers are optionally available, including light-transmissive variants with different transmission levels as well as shorten-able replacement blind covers for targeted shading.

Flexibility in Design and Expansion

With the TRACK48 track, both simple and complex arrangements in vertical, horizontal, or combined orientation are possible. Suitable connectors and the central base module MULTI X enable the expansion and individual adaptation of the system. Furthermore, the surface-mount version can also be used as a pendant track with accessories. This opens up many possibilities for creative lighting design and integration of additional elements such as acoustic modules with integrated power tracks.

Complete Accessory Package for Easy Installation

The delivery of the TRACK48 surface-mount track includes, besides the mounting track itself, end caps, a cover, and screws. Drivers, controllers, dimmers, luminaires, and other installation accessories are available separately and allow for individual configuration as needed. The system is designed for an ambient temperature range of -10 to +40 °C and meets protection class 3 as well as IP44 protection rating, ensuring reliable function and splash water protection.
