Innovative Drywall Track System TRACK48
The NV drywall track TRACK48 from ISOLED is a high-quality low-voltage track system specifically designed for flexible and individual outfitting with luminaires and additional accessories. The system operates at a voltage of 48V DC and, with its 4-pole wiring, allows the use of both switchable and DALI dimmable controllable components. This enables you to easily customize and control your lighting according to your needs.
Practical Wing Profile with Magnetic Mounting
The wing profile of the TRACK48 track allows tool-free installation of compatible luminaires through magnetic mounting. The track is made of aluminum and plastic, making it particularly lightweight yet robust. With a length of 200 cm and an inner width of 2.35 cm, the system can be used in a variety of ways to realize simple or complex lighting arrangements both vertically and horizontally.
Complete Accessories for Easy Installation
The scope of delivery already includes end caps, a flush blind cover, and screws to ensure a secure and aesthetically pleasing installation. For power supply, a feed adapter or an LED inline transformer is used, which is available separately. Please note that controllers, dimmers, luminaires, drivers, and connectors are not included but are optionally available to match the system.
High Protection Class and Versatile Applications
With an IP44 rating, the TRACK48 track offers protection against splashing water and dust and meets protection class 3 for safe low-voltage operation. The maximum current load is 6 amperes, corresponding to a maximum load of 288 watts. The track is designed for ambient temperatures from -10 to +40 degrees Celsius and ensures safe handling of electrical components through SELV operation.
Flexible Design and Expandable System
The TRACK48 drywall track is ideal for creating individual lighting concepts and allows combination with acoustic elements or additional accessories. Optionally, translucent covers in black or white are available, offering different light transmissions. Furthermore, cuttable spare blind covers can be used for targeted shading. For larger projects, a maximum track length of 20 meters per feed is possible, providing plenty of room for creative installations.
