The NV surface-mounted TRACK48 FLAT rail from ISOLED is a high-quality, flat low-voltage power rail with an operating voltage of 48V DC. With a length of 200 cm and a slim installation height of only 2.5 cm, this rail is ideal for customized lighting solutions. The rail is made of robust aluminum and plastic and features a matte black design that blends unobtrusively into various room concepts. Thanks to the 4-pole wiring, both switchable and DALI-controllable components can be connected easily.
Easy Installation and Flexible Usage Options
The magnetic mounting system allows tool-free installation of compatible luminaires, making the installation process particularly quick and straightforward. The TRACK48 FLAT is designed for surface mounting and is suitable for creating simple as well as complex rail arrangements – vertically, horizontally, or combined. The scope of delivery includes the mounting rail, end caps, screws, and a protective blind cover that elegantly finishes and protects the rail.
High Safety and Compatibility with DALI Systems
The rail complies with protection class 3 and has an IP44 rating, ensuring safe operation. With a maximum current capacity of 6A, lighting fixtures with a total power of up to 288W can be connected. For control via DALI, a corresponding DALI-capable driver is required, which is not included in the scope of delivery. Thanks to the digital DALI dimming function (DALI, DALI-2 / DT8, DT6), precise light control is possible to meet individual needs.
Extensions and Accessories for Tailored Lighting Solutions
Optionally, a selection of light-transmitting covers is available that filter the light to different degrees as needed: black with 25% transmission, white with 75% transmission, or as a cut-to-size blind cover with 0% transmission for targeted shading. Additionally, suitable connectors are available separately to enable longer or more complex rail configurations. The rail can also be used as a pendant rail with accessories, offering additional design options.
Practical Features for Daily Use
Weighing only 1.6 kg, the TRACK48 FLAT is easy to handle. The rail is designed for an ambient temperature range from -10 to +40 °C, providing stable performance under various conditions. Power connection is made via a feed adapter or an LED inline transformer, ensuring safe and uncomplicated power supply.
