The Bluetooth sensor CASAMBI MOTION PAUL SMP-MLBTW is a modern motion sensor based on PIR technology and additionally integrates an ambient light sensor. With its black, compact design, it measures only 4 x 4 x 2 cm and offers precise detection of movements up to 14 meters away. Thanks to its detection angle of 70 degrees, the sensor recognizes movements in 128 zones, enabling reliable control of connected devices within the CASAMBI network.

Easy Installation and Flexible Mounting

The installation of the sensor is particularly straightforward thanks to the magnetic wall mount and the self-adhesive mounting plate. This allows the device to be quickly attached in various locations and easily removed or repositioned if needed. The recommended mounting height is up to 12 meters, enabling versatile use in different areas.

Efficient Wireless Connection and Long Battery Life

The sensor operates with a Bluetooth radio signal in the frequency range of 2.4 to 2.483 GHz and achieves a maximum wireless range of up to 40 meters. It uses a 3.6V battery of type LS14250 for operation, which offers a lifespan of around five years with typical use. The battery-powered solution makes the sensor low-maintenance and independent of external power sources.

Intelligent Control via CASAMBI App

The motion sensor is fully compatible with the CASAMBI app, which enables simple and intuitive configuration. Users can make individual settings such as the twilight threshold to optimally adapt the sensor function to specific requirements. The combination of motion detection and ambient light sensor ensures smart and energy-efficient control of connected devices.

Reliability and Technical Details

The sensor is designed for ambient temperatures from -20 to +40 degrees Celsius and corresponds to protection class IP20. The operating voltage is 3.6 volts DC, while protection class 3 ensures safe use. Additional housing colors are available on request, allowing the sensor to visually adapt to different environments. The product is delivered including the radio transmitter and Bluetooth module; the battery is not included in the delivery.
