Very simple: On the quick order form page, simply enter the article numbers from the catalogue, enter the quantity(s) and click on the shopping cart button. You then go through the purchase process as usual.
Please go to checkout and enter the voucher code you received in the appropriate field and press OK. The voucher is automatically activated by the shop system.
Of course! There is our business shop for commercial customers and our reseller shop for resellers with corresponding, favorable special conditions. Please register there and you will receive your personal activation shortly after your data has been checked.
You can pay conveniently and securely by PayPal, credit card (Visa/MasterCard), invoice (up to EUR 1500 order value) or direct debit. When picking up in Essen, cash payment or card payment is also possible.

How much does the shipping cost?
Within Germany a delivery charge of 5,90 EUR will be charged for orders with order values between 15,00 EUR and 99,00 EUR. For orders with order values below 15,00 EUR a delivery charge of 7,90 EUR will be charged for orders within Germany. From an order value of 99,00 EUR, shipping within Germany is free of charge. The shipping costs incurred will be displayed again in the shopping cart before completing the order. The shipping costs for international deliveries can be found here.
You're welcome! Please select "Collection" as the shipping method when you check out. The colleagues from the pick-up warehouse will contact you without being asked as soon as the ordered goods are ready for pick-up. After you have received our message, you can return the ordered products Mon. - Thurs. 8.30-16.00 and Fri. 8.30-15.00. in Essen -Frillendorf.
Tracking is possible when shipping with DHL. We will be happy to send you a tracking number on request. Unfortunately, items sent by consignment cannot be tracked.
Due to many customer inquiries, we have also introduced delivery by post/DHL to packing stations. When ordering, please indicate to which packing station the delivery is to be made.
We ship our goods only with qualified service providers such as GLS, DHL or forwarding. The transport of your order will be insured by us free of charge. Should you receive transport boxes that show outside damage please notify the carrier immediately and let them confirm the damage to the transport box. Of course, you can return the goods within the 14-day cancellation period for credit if you do not like them or complain about defects within the warranty period.

30 days after receipt of goods extended, voluntary right of return

For all purchases by private end customers in the online shop, we grant a voluntary right of return of a total of 30 days that goes beyond the statutory right of withdrawal. This only applies to purchases by private end customers in the online shop

You can then withdraw from the purchase contract even after the statutory cancellation period has expired by sending the goods back to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods (period begins on the day after receipt of the goods).

The prerequisite for exercising the extended, voluntary right of return is that you have only unpacked the goods for inspection, as is possible in a retail shop, and that you return the goods complete, intact and in the undamaged original packaging.

The extended, voluntary right of return does not apply to the purchase of vouchers and does not apply to goods manufactured according to special customer specifications. The statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by compliance with the rules on the extended, voluntary right of return and remains in place independently of this.
