The LED recessed downlight ODEMAR from Brumberg impresses with its compact design featuring a diameter of 8 cm and an installation depth of only 4.6 cm. The luminaire is round and made from matte black aluminum housing, which, combined with polycarbonate, makes it particularly robust and durable. Thanks to the recessed LED module and the faceted reflector, glare-free, directed direct light is produced, providing pleasant illumination. The installation opening measures 6.8 cm in diameter, making installation especially easy.

Efficient Lighting with Dim-to-Warm Function

With a power consumption of only 6 watts, the downlight delivers a luminous flux of 370 lumens with a luminous efficacy of 62 lumens per watt. The color temperature is continuously dimmable from ultra warm white (1800 K) to warm white (3000 K), with the light color becoming warmer when dimmed – this is known as the Dim-to-Warm function. The light distribution occurs at a symmetrical 38° beam angle, ensuring targeted illumination. The very good color rendering with a CRI value of over 90 guarantees natural and vivid color reproduction.

Easy Installation and High-Quality Technology

The downlight is equipped with an integrated converter (Driver on Board) and comes with an external connection box that enables through-wiring with a 3-pole terminal. The connection is made directly to the 230V AC mains supply, eliminating the need for complex ballasts. Installation is tool-free thanks to clip springs that allow a maximum material thickness of 3 cm. This makes mounting quick and uncomplicated.

Durability and Optimal Thermal Management

The average lifespan of the LED luminaire is an impressive 50,000 hours. The aluminum housing ensures effective heat dissipation, optimizing thermal management and significantly extending the LED lifespan. Protection class 2 and protection rating IP20 guarantee safe use under the specified conditions. With a weight of only 156 grams, the luminaire is also very light, which further simplifies installation.

The LED recessed downlight ODEMAR is available in various housing colors and, thanks to its modern technology, can be used as a recessed light, spotlight, ceiling light, or mood light. The scope of delivery includes the connection box and driver; the connection cable and dimmer are optionally available. For larger ceiling openings, reduction rings with diameters of 9 cm, 11 cm, and 13 cm are also available, allowing flexible adaptation to different installation situations.
