Ceiling luminaire BALL, E27, IP20, opal white matt

Elegant Design of the BALL Ceiling Light

The BALL ceiling light impresses with its modern and timeless design, creating a stylish atmosphere in any room. The mouth-blown glass in opal white matte gives the light a soft, even distribution of light. The brushed aluminum housing harmoniously completes the appearance and provides a high-quality look. The light was designed by the well-known designer Dieter K. Weis, giving it a special individual touch.

Technical Details and Performance

This ceiling light is equipped with an E27 socket and supports bulbs with a maximum power consumption of 60 watts. The operating voltage is up to 250 volts, making it suitable for most standard voltages. The diameter is 19 cm, the height 17 cm, making the light compact and versatile. Protection class 1 ensures safe operation when installed correctly.

Materials and Craftsmanship

High-quality materials were used in the manufacture of the BALL ceiling light. The brushed aluminum housing ensures stability and durability, while the mouth-blown glass guarantees even and pleasant light diffusion. The combination of these materials makes the light robust yet elegant. The matte surface of the glass eliminates disturbing glare and creates a pleasant lighting ambiance.

Flexible Use and Dimmability

The BALL ceiling light is compatible with dimmable bulbs and can be adapted to individual lighting needs with appropriate accessories. This allows for stepless adjustment of light intensity, creating the perfect atmosphere for any occasion. Since the bulb is not included in the delivery, the user can choose the light source that suits their needs and, if desired, use energy-efficient LED bulbs.

Protection Rating and Safety

With a protection rating of IP20, the light is protected against solid foreign objects larger than 12.5 mm in diameter. This means it is reliably protected against dust and contact but not against water. Protection class 1 ensures safe grounding and thus increases safety during operation. This combination of protection features makes the BALL ceiling light a safe and durable lighting solution.
