This round insert element with a diameter of 106 cm effectively contributes to improving room acoustics. It ensures a significant reduction of reverberation and disturbing noises, greatly enhancing acoustic clarity during conversations and presentations. The simple combination with the light fixture achieves optimal sound quality.

High Sound Absorption for Increased Concentration

The acoustic element features excellent sound insulation with an absorption coefficient (aw) of 0.70 in the mid-frequency range and an NRC value of 0.85. This means it effectively absorbs a large portion of sound waves, significantly improving room acoustics. As a result, concentration is promoted and performance is increased. At the same time, overall well-being is enhanced by minimizing disturbing noises and creating a more pleasant atmosphere.

Sustainable and High-Quality Materials

The acoustic element is primarily made from recycled PET (approximately 80%), making the product especially environmentally friendly. The textured surface not only gives the element an appealing look but also supports its acoustic performance. In addition, the material meets fire protection class B - s1, d0 according to BS EN 13501.1, ensuring high safety standards. The color fastness test according to ISO 105 B02 confirms a color rating of 6-7, which guarantees long-lasting and durable color representation.

The SILENTIUM acoustic element is a practical accessory for the BIRO40 LED pendant ring light and is available separately. The light itself is not included in the delivery but can be easily combined with the acoustic element. The product weight is 2.23 kg, allowing for easy handling and installation. Additionally, Brumberg offers other acoustic elements that can be used complementarily to optimally design acoustics in various room concepts.
